TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, purchasing, or engaging in services from Pharaoh Prosperity Group (“PPG”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all clients receiving credit repair, tax preparation, business consulting, financial coaching, or any related professional services.

 

2. Services Provided

Pharaoh Prosperity Group offers professional financial and educational services, including but not limited to:

  • Credit repair and credit consulting

  • Tax preparation and filing

  • Business consulting and financial coaching

  • Digital products, courses, and educational resources

All services are performed using the information provided by the client. PPG does not guarantee specific outcomes such as credit score increases, refund amounts, loan approvals, or business results, as outcomes vary based on individual history, responsiveness, compliance, and financial behavior.

 

3. Payment & Billing

  • All payments are due at the time of purchase unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.

  • Payment plans, if offered, must be honored in full.

  • Missed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes violate this agreement and may result in legal action and account termination.

 

4. No Refund Policy (Strict)

All payments made to Pharaoh Prosperity Group are 100% non-refundable.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

  • No cancellations or chargebacks are allowed

  • All deposits, program fees, consultations, and digital services are final

If you choose to discontinue services before completion, you remain responsible for paying any remaining balance owed.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Submit all required documents in a timely manner

  • Maintain open communication

  • Follow guidance, recommendations, and deadlines

PPG is not responsible for delays or incomplete results caused by missing documents, incorrect information, lack of communication, or failure to follow instructions.

 

6. Confidentiality

Pharaoh Prosperity Group maintains strict confidentiality of all personal and financial information. All data is securely stored and used solely for service delivery in accordance with federal privacy laws.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Pharaoh Prosperity Group is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Losses related to credit decisions, loan denials, tax outcomes, or financial results

  • Actions taken based on information provided by the client

Results vary and are not guaranteed.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

 

Acknowledgment (Required)

By submitting payment, signing a client agreement, or engaging with PPG, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
